Hello and welcome! I’m Georgette “Gigi” Butler - founder of White Orchid Digital Services. I’m an AuDHer and Black woman from New Orleans, Louisiana.
In my past life, I served as a PMO operations expert, Senior Project Manager, certified Change Practitioner, adoption strategist, Communications Lead, Agile Coach, training designer, facilitator, and diversity and innovation panelist.
From site design and strategic roadmaps, to workflows, workshop materials, ideation sessions, coaching, and content design - you name it, I’ve done it. You might even say I’m a multi-passionate creative with a capital M.
That same passion allowed me to gain over 10 years of experience helping senior leaders refine their messaging while delivering lasting impact through information design and relationship building.
I founded WODS to use my well honed coaching and strategic planning skills, to support women bold enough to step into the role of founder and creative in facilitating the delivery of that perfect ‘ah-ha’ moment, an atmosphere ripe for learning, a laugh that feels like a warm hug after a long day, or a safe space for your audience to connect with themselves on a deeper level.
